<p>All BOP products are set in sterling silver (92.5%). Our jewellery features both precious and semi-precious stones. Please see individual product descriptions for detailed information.</p>

<p>Bird of Passage provides registered post free of charge for all orders within Australia. Please note that it may take between 4 and 10 days to receive your item once we confirm your payment. If you have any questions, shoot us a message at [email protected]</p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;"><b>Sizing</b><br></p>
<p>You will find specific sizing details under each product description. Should you have any queries about band sizes, please don´t hesitate to get in contact with us at [email protected].
<p style="font-weight: bold;"><b>Re-sizing</b><br></p>
<p>If you don't already know your band size, please go to our page 'Band size guide' to find out. All rings are one of a kind, so each item comes in the one size only. However, you may be able to find a similar style and gemstone in a different sized ring on our website - so take a look! While we don´t offer a re-sizing service, you can get this done at many jewellers across Australia (at your own expense).</b><br></p>
<p style="font-weight: bold;"><b>Refunds</b><br></p>
<p>If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a full refund on all items if we are notified within 14 days of confirmation of your purchase. Return postage will be at your own expense though (we aren´t made of money after all). Please use registered post to return your purchase, as unfortunately we can´t refund you for items that are lost in the post. For a full refund, your purchase must be returned in original condition with the gift bag.</p>
